One Link or a Chain
Every feature on the platform stands on its own: the Coach, the Library, Resources, My Journey, and the rest each deliver value by themselves. You don't need to chain them together to receive something worthwhile from an interaction with the platform. But used together, they can do something even more: value surfaced in one feature can open the door to deeper value in another, turning a single question into a much fuller line of inquiry.
Picture a single project moving through the platform. You take on the work and open a folder in Engagement Notes, logging your field notes as the project unfolds. Something doesn't sit right, and you bring it to the Coach. That exchange reframes the question, and you realize it connects to a concept you only half remember, so you check the Glossary. The definition you found was helpful but it open some new implications that gave rise to a deeper examination of the issue by leveraging the Compendium. This surfaces a Nugget for you… a pattern that that was discussed several times in your ATA cohort that now seems to be playing out in your situation. Simply recognizing that there was a familiar pattern wasn’t what was helpful, it was following that perspective back to Readings to revisit the summary where the pattern was described. Through that review, your curiosity was peaked about a particular point, and you search for that reference in the full document. What you learn is significant enough to change aspects of your HITA Criteria, so you update it in My Journey. The insight also has implications for the ratio of HITA to Solid Performer work you're aiming for, causing you to revise your Portfolio of Work. This sequence of activities becomes a scenario to share at the next HITA Collective, where someone else's experience around the same issue sharpens your perspective on it even further.
This is just one path among many the platform makes possible. A single feature used on its own may be exactly what a given moment calls for. But when you follow where one piece of value leads, it often opens onto the next, and a simple question can unfold into a much richer line of work.
