On the platform, support comes in the form of a range of features you can draw on. Two of them, the Coach and the Library (which includes all the ATA Readings and a Glossary), are the core. Together, they give you a complete way to work through any HITA-related question or challenge, from a fast definition to a full exchange that sharpens your thinking.
Beyond the Coach and Library, the platform also offers several optional features you can turn to when you want them. Compendium, Nuggets, and Office Hours are grouped together under Resources. The other four are Engagement Notes, Wake Up Calls, My Journey, and Community.
None of the optional features are required for you to gain value from the platform, but each one adds something for practitioners who want to draw on it.
